FREE PUTNAM COUNTY FLU VACCINE CLINIC

The Putnam
County Department of Health is offering a FREE public seasonal flu vaccine
clinic for anyone who lives or works in New York State, 19 years of age and
older, on Tuesday, November 12, 2013, from 3:00pm -7:00pm at the Putnam
County Department of Health, 1 Geneva Road, Brewster, NY. Pre-registration is highly recommended in order to move people more quickly through the clinic. To pre-register, go online to www.putnamcountyny.gov, click on the yellow flu registration
button, and follow the simple instructions. You may select from four possible
time slots: 3-4pm, 4-5pm, 5-6pm, or 6-7pm. A limited number of computers and
staff will be available at the clinic if you are unable to complete the
registration form prior to attending the clinic. For questions call the Putnam
