Community Day is scheduled to take place from noon to 5 p.m. today (Aug. 3) at Tonetta Lake in Southeast.
The rain date is tomorrow (Aug. 4), but town councilman Bob Cullen said this morning the festivities were still slated to take place.
"Weather should clear," he said in an email to the online group Brewster10509.
There will be food—including cotton candy and snow cones—and music, as well as activities for kids, such as a bouncy house.
