Is it often that you pick it up only to find there is no dial tone? Maybe it's somewhat of a rarity to find the service out. Or perhaps you're somewhere in-between.
One Patterson resident blames the lack of service he experiences all too often on a damaged box at the intersection of routes 22 and 164. It was hit by a car more than a year ago, he told Patch.
