The annual Corvette raffle drawing intended to raise money for Brewster's students is slated to take place at Brady-Stannard Chevrolet Cadillac in Southeast at about 2 p.m. Saturday.
The Brewster Education Foundation hosts the event. The grand prize this year is a 2013 red coupe wth ebony interior. The car is equipped with a 430-horsepower engine.
Organizers planned to sell 850 tickets. Three early bird drawing winners were announced in August. Four more will take home cash prizes Saturday. Folks have until 11 a.m. Saturday to enter the raffle online, for a price of $100. Click here for details.
The not-for-profit, which has been around for more than two decades, works to offset costs for school projects that are beyond Brewster Central School District's financial means.
