Troopers Make DWI Arrest in Southeast

It happened around 4:45 a.m. Sunday on Interstate 84.

A 27-year-old Danbury, CT man is facing a drunken driving charge after a recent arrest in Southeast, according to officials.

Troopers from the East Fishkill barracks of the New York State Police arrested James I. Cole at about 4:45 a.m. Sunday on eastbound Interstate 84 in Southeast. 

Police charged Cole with misdemeanor driving while intoxicated. He was issued an appearance ticket for Southeast Justice Court.
