Mended Hearts Support Group

This support group is for those with heart disease and their families.

Meets the first Wednesday of every month at 7 p.m. at the Visiting Nurse Service of Putnam or at 12:30 p.m. on the first Tuesday of every month at Putnam Hospital Center.
