The Putnam County SPCA is starting an Animal Cruelty Watch and wants your help.
It's like a Neighborhood Watch group. And as in Neighborhood Watch, members who see animal cruelty are trained to observe and report it.
The SPCA is developing a seminar for sometime in September and is trying now to gauge interest in such a group.
They've already begun hearing from interested residents on their Facebook page. If you'd like to learn about the project, tell them so there by clicking here.
