Ferguson, Frank J. Ferguson of Brewster, NY, died Tuesday March 18, 2014 at Putnam Hospital Center. He was 88 years old.
Frank was born on October 17, 1925 in Danbury, CT, son to the late Frank
and Alice (Van Wagner) Ferguson. He attended South Salem High School.
Mr. Ferguson married Catherine Blaney on July 1, 1950 in Danbury, CT. Frank
lived in Danbury, CT and Brewster, NY for his lifetime.
Frank was a Foreman for Castings Corporation in Brewster, NY, for 33 years
before retiring. When he retired he helped his son Barry with his business.
Mr. Ferguson was a very simple man. He enjoyed antique cars and car
shows and being outdoors. The most important thing to him was his wife, his
son, grandchildren and great grandchildren. He cherished his family and friends
immensely.
Frank is survived by his loving wife of 63 years; his son Barry Ferguson
(Joann) of Brewster, NY; his 2 grandchildren, Kristin Desrosiers and Susan Busnal; 4 great grandchildren; his sisters Mary Alice Seri and Lois Donaldson; and brother Steve Ferguson.
A graveside service will be held on Friday March 21, 2014 at 1:00PM at
Milltown Rural Cemetery, Brewster, NY. Interment will follow.
