State Police from the Brewster barracks arrested a 22-year-old Naugatuck, CT man for Driving While Intoxicated, a Misdemeanor, on March 30.
Wade was arrested by the State Police after they assisted the Village of Brewster Police with a traffic stop on North Main Street just after midnight.
The man provided a positive breath sample that yielded a Blood Alcohol Content of .12 percent and was issued Uniform Traffic Tickets ordering him to appear before the Village of Brewster Justice Court on April 21, 2014.
