A 36-year-old Orange County woman is facing two felony charges, along with one misdemeanor, in connection with the harassment of a 40-year-old Patterson man, officials say.
Troopers from the Southeast Barracks of the New York State Police arrested Nicole A. Salvatore, of New Windsor, at about 10:25 Saturday night. She is accused of harassing a male acquaintance via phone calls and text messages. Police say she also showed up at the man's home and destroyed $2,000 worth of property, including a coffee pot, furniture and more.
Salvatore is facing a misdemeanor charge of aggravated harassment, as well as two felony charges: second-degree burglary and second-degree criminal mischief. She was held at the Putnam County Correctional Facility on $2,500 cash or $5,000 bond bail, pending a Dec. 20 appearance in Patterson Justice Court.
