The Putnam County Sheriff's office provided the following information. It does not indicate a conviction.

An 18-year-old Patterson man is facing felony drug charges following a police investigation that began in late 2011, officials said.

Dylan F. Moore, a Haviland Drive resident, is accused of possessing and selling drugs in Putnam Lake, according to a May 15 press release from the .

Police say Moore sold Roxicodone, a type of prescription pain killer, and cocaine to an undercover deputy on more than one occasion between 2011 and February of 2012. They reportedly developed information about the drug sales late last year.

Authorities took Moore into custody on May 10, when he was at the Patterson Justice Court for an unrelated matter. They charged him with the following felonies: three counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance in the third degree and three counts of criminal sale of a controlled substance in the third degree.

Following arraignment before Patterson Town Justice Anthony R. Molé, Moore was remanded to the Putnam County Correctional Facility on $10,000 bail. He is scheduled to appear in court June 14.

Um...Since I live in Southeast, I can't vote for Mayor of the Village of Brewster. So why do youRead More think I, a taxpayer of Southeast, paid for this destruction when I really don't have a clue to what happens in the Village? There's a disconnect that needs to addressed.
