Troopers Arrest 2 on DWI Charges in Southeast
The New York State Police provided the following information. It does not indicate a conviction.
Officials from the East Fishkill and of the New York State Police arrested a number of individualson drunken driving charges over the weekend. Here are their names:
- Emily E. Skarda, 23, of Southeast. Troopers stopped her at about 2:35 a.m. Sunday on westbound Route 6, near Starr Ridge Road in Southeast. She's facing a misdemeanor count of driving while intoxicated, and two infractions: moved from lane unsafely, and refusal to submit to a breath test. Police issued Skarda a court appearance ticket.
- Gerald Misera, 46, of Wappingers Falls. Police stopped Misera around 10:05 p.m. Friday on westbound Interstate 84 in Southeast. They charged him with a misdemeanor count of driving while intoxicated, and gave him a court appearance ticket.
