On May 5, 2014 at 10:32 p.m., State Police from the Brewster Barracks arrested a 26-year-old from Londonderry, VT, for Driving While Intoxicated, a Misdemeanor, and Unlawful Possession of Marihuana, a Violation.
Troopers stopped the car he was operating after a Putnam County 911 advisory was issued for an erratically operated vehicle. As they interviewed him, he exhibited clues that indicated that he was operating his vehicle while intoxicated.
He was issued Uniform Traffic Tickets and released on $350 station bail. He is scheduled to reappear in court on May 8.
