The Village of Brewster and Town of Southeast are sponsoring a beautification campaign and WE NEED YOU to clean up roadside litter and leave the bags on the shoulder of the road. The Town Highway Department will collect the filled bags.
Register from 7:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. either Saturday, Sunday, or both, at 67 Main Street in the Village. Choose any Town of Southeast or Village of Brewster road for cleanup.
When you register, pick up gloves, safety vests, and absolutely free (and stylish) ORANGE bags.
There is also a poster design contest for K-12 students. Details can be found on the Town website.
This is a rain-or-shine event! If raining, registration and materials will be located under the canopy of the Cameo Theater at 63 Main Street.
