Boxing & Thai Kick Boxing Classes

Get in top shape and have fun

Boxing and Thai Kickboxing instruction

for kids , teens and adults are at Brewster MMA on Monday, Tuesday , Thursday at 7:30pm and Saturday at 12:15pm

ALSO CLASSES AT Patterson Recreation Center

Kids ages 7+classes are Monday at 5:45pm and Thursday at 6:15pm pm at Patterson Recreation center

Boxing for teens and adults are at Patterson Recreation center on Wednesdays at 6:15pm

Thai Kickboxing classes for Adults are 6:30pm on Mondays and 7:00pm on Thursdays
