Community Members Walk, Dance, Socialize in the Name of Opportunity

A few big names also helped to draw folks to the event.

Tons of folks made it out for the 's sixth annual Walk for Opportunity and Zumbathon this weekend.

The goal of the event is to increase opportunities for local children and adults with disabilities. It featured everything from a three-mile walk and plenty of zumba to raffles and activities for kids to food from local restaurants. Some of the main attractions also included appearances by Tiki Barber, an advocate for the Opportunity League, and several local politicians.

Proceeds from the walk will be donated to the agency’s Health, Arts, and Education Center and Opportunity League Park.
