A PARADE RUNS THROUGH BREWSTER!

On Wednesday, July 27, set your chairs up along Main Street and watch us proudly march by, along with close to 40 other neighboring and not-so-neighboring Fire Department and Ambulance Corps volunteers who will be traveling to Brewster to march for you while they compete for a well-sought after trophy!

Marching bands and numerous fire apparatus will also be competing, bringing excitement to young and old alike.

With our Colors guarded and held high by each marching unit, the Brewster parade begins at 7PM south of the Village on Main Street (near Oak) and proceeds along that route until it passes the Main firehouse and turns into Markel Park.

If you're free that evening, please do come down to watch our parade and support not only our own members but those of all the departments joining us that evening.

Believe it or not, it DOES make a world of difference to march before an audience that claps and cheers as the each group marches past.  Don't forget, though, that the competing Fire Departments cannot acknowledge you (that would be a mark against their scores!) - but do know that they hear you all the same and totally appreciate your sounds of applause!
