There's a "For Sale" sign outside of the building that housed the Texas Taco on Route 22 in Patterson for years.
The vines that previously covered the outside of the eatery have been cleared and the colorful driveway roped off.
Two handwritten "Closed till?" signs posted on the front door in December 2012 had been hanging for months. In May 2013 the sign was gone and the lawn decorations were slowly disappearing. Last month stolen memorabilia was recovered.
