Blood Drive; Chamber Mixer; Wells Middle School Musical; Putnam Flu Vaccine

Monday (Nov. 11): It's Veterans Day, a federal holiday. Government offices and schools are closed, as are banks. Today's weather should be cloudy, with a high of about 50 degrees, according to the National Weather Service (NWS).

Tuesday (Nov. 12): Putnam County is hosting a free flu vaccine clinic at the Department of Health (1 Geneva Road in Southeast). Click here to learn how to pre-register. Southeast Justice Court is scheduled for 3 p.m. Expect cloudy skies turning to mostly sunny ones, and a high of about 40 degrees. 

Wednesday (Nov. 13): Parents are invited to a "college and questions" program at Brewster High School (BHS) from 8 to 9 a.m. The NWS is calling for sun and temperatures that will peak around 38 degrees. If you're looking for an evening event, consider the multi chamber mixer, which will bring together folks from Brewster, Katonah, North Salem and Somers.

Thursday (Nov. 14): There's a blood drive at BHS, Room 91, from 7:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Southeast Justice Court is scheduled for 1 p.m. Putnam Dental Associates are hosting a free dental implant education seminar at Las Mananitas in Southeast. Expect more sun and a high of 46 degrees.

Friday (Nov. 15): It's opening night for Fame! Jr., the musical Brewster middle schoolers are producing. Starting at 6:30 p.m., the Patterson Library is hosting a holiday vendor fair. The forecast looks mostly sunny with a high around 50 degrees.
